MY ROLE
As the lead experience strategist, I orchestrated the comprehensive user research initiative that underpinned the project. My role in shaping user personas and mapping out their journeys fueled the crafting of a bespoke content strategy and a coherent information architecture.
Through my strategic guidance, we ensured that the end designs resonated deeply with user needs while advancing OpenText's business objectives.
